1. Appearance: the appearance varies based on the coating material, with metallic luster and a greasy feel.
2. Wear resistance: the friction coefficient is extremely low, ranging from 0.06-0.08. Its friction coefficient is lower than that of sliding or spinning surfaces.
3. Acid corrosion resistance: It has a high acid corrosion resistance. General acid, with the exception of nitric acid and aqua regia, has no impact on the coating.
4. Rust resistance: a dense and firm lubricating thick film will be formed on the surface of the hardware. It creates a barrier between the metal matrix and the air, preventing rusting.
5. Compressive performance: the ordinary lubricating layer has long been smashed to create a crack film, resulting in roughening or fusion of the metal surface under extremely high pressure (e.g. 300 MPa). There was no bite or fusion on the metal surface when the coating pressure was raised to 500MPa (this pressure has exceeded the yield threshold of several metals).
6. Thermal stability: the temperature of high temperature resistance more than 400 °C under typical situations. Furthermore, the coating is being applied at a high temperature. It also provides lubricating properties to prevent workpiece wear and friction.
7. Superior wear resistance, including fatigue, erosion, abrasive, and adhesive wear resistance.
